As soon as you receive your health plan ID card, you can create an online member center account and get your One Healthcare ID. Then download the MySHL mobile app and sign in with your One Healthcare ID.

Our online member center brings your health insurance information together in one place.

  1. Sign in to the online member center with your One Healthcare ID. First time users will need to create an account.
  2. Use this convenient service to:
    • Secure chat with a Member Services representative.
    • View, download and email your health plan ID card.
    • Find out who is on record as your primary care provider (PCP).
    • See your copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses, if applicable.
    • Check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral.
    • Access your health records. Only available to Southwest Medical patients who opt-in to receive electronic medical records.
    • Update your contact information and address.
    • Select communication preferences.
    • Look up pharmacy copays and see filled medications.
    • Discover the latest health plan news.
    • Set up online invoicing and payment (applies to individual members).

Discover the MySHL mobile app and put your benefits at your fingertips.

  1. Search for MySHL in your app store and download the app.
  2. Sign in with your One Healthcare ID. First time users will need to create an account.
  3. Save your password with Touch ID or Face ID, if desired.
  4. Use the MySHL app to:
    • Find out who is on record as your primary care provider (PCP).
    • Talk with an advice nurse. Available 24/7.
    • Video chat with a provider 24/7. No appointment needed.
    • Search for a doctor, specialist, facility or lab.
    • View, download and email your health plan ID card.
    • Save your health plan ID card to your Apple Wallet™.
    • See your copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket expenses, if applicable.
    • Check the status of a claim, prior authorization or referral.
    • Access your health records. Only available to Southwest Medical patients who opt-in to receive electronic medical records.
    • Update your contact information and address.
    • Select communication preferences.
    • Get step-by-step directions to contracted urgent care and hospitals near you.
    • Secure chat with a Member Services representative.

Opt-in to receive certain health plan notifications by email and text message. Sign in to the online member center or download the MySHL app. Then click on the profile icon to select your communication preferences.

Your personal medical information is confidential and is only available to you and your provider.

You must be a Sierra Health and Life member to create an online member center account and use the app.
